We are going to cover the pros and cons of wholesaling houses, the legal aspects, and how to do it legally, and will also go over finding leads, deal analysis, repair estimates, COMPS tools, documentation, and getting paid.

At any rate, seating is limited, so hurry up and RSVP below before your competition takes your seat.

8:30 am – 9:00 am – VIP MEMBER & GUEST ORIENTATION – The session will start promptly at 8:30 am and is designed to provide an overview to new VIP Members and first-time Guests. Tim will cover the benefits you receive as a Member of the group as well as the REI tools provided to you as part of your membership, your free professional investor website, on-line access 24/7 to training and forms, and other member benefits and walk you through the website and answer your questions.
