It shows it was drilled in 2004, depth of 440 ft in the Ellenburger Aquifer, and water test at the time shows 40 gallons per minute.

Investor holds equitable interest in the property. Property is located in unincorporated Burnet County where agricultural and livestock uses are common. Burnet County does not impose a specific horses-per-acre ordinance; however, buyer is responsible for verifying deed restrictions, water capacity, and suitability for livestock.
