Ann Christianson is a real estate investor, private lender, educator, and creator of RE Investor Tool Source. She is President of Dumfries Investment Properties, Inc. and Hardthorne Capital, LLC, with experience across buy-and-hold rentals, fix and flips, new construction project management, private lending, gap funding, owner finance, and wrap notes. Ann began investing in 2004 with her first rental property and has since owned and flipped properties in South Carolina, Illinois, Virginia, and Texas. After years of hands-on investing, lending, and project management, she began turning the lessons learned from real deals into practical tools and resources designed to help other investors evaluate opportunities, reduce avoidable mistakes, and move more confidently toward financial freedom. A retired Air Force senior officer, Ann also brings 26 years of leadership, acquisitions, program management, and contracting experience to her real estate business and investor education.
