Brannon has spent 30+ years in the Accounting, Commercial Finance, and Real Estate Industry observing and learning how the Wealthy made money.
Brannon was born and grew up in Cleburne TX and went to School in Ohio at Cedarville University and graduated with a Degree in Business Administration. He was around business all his life with a family business in Cleburne with 50+ employees with his father and uncles in the business. He worked for a CPA that was primarily a business tax strategist and consultant. He taught him the principles of running a business and interpreting company financials. After a couple years, He left the industry for a passion in Commercial Banking and Finance, and worked for a local bank as a VP of Commercial Lending. He was able to meet many of the wealthiest people in Johnson County. He asked them how they acquired their wealth, which gave valuable insights into wealth and real estate.
In 2011 he realized he had a passion for Real Estate and went into developing one of top 1000 largest Real Estate sales teams by transactions in the country to eventually sell that company. In 2017 he built his latest company a Real Estate Property Management company and acquiring his own real estate portfolio. He does a Build to Rent investment model finding infill lots and building multifamily and single family rentals. Recently feature in Business Insider Media with multiple articles about his Build to Rent investment model and his performance with real estate investing. He recently launched a YouTube Channel to share his years of experience with investing and financial literacy called B2R Investing and Financial Talk
