Tim was born and raised in Jackson Michigan attending a small high school and graduating in 1974.  Upon graduation, Tim immediately entered the Marine Corps boot camp at MCRD San Diego CA.  Six months later Tim met the love of his life Michelle of Jackson Michigan and five months later married and recently celebrated their 49th anniversary. They have two children Tim Jr. and Danielle both residing in the DFW area with two beautiful granddaughters Paige and Peyton.

Retiring from the Marine Corps after 24 years and moving back to Patuxent River MD, Tim worked as a Senior Logistics Manager with BAE SYSTEMS supporting the F/A-18E/F fighter aircraft and then accepted a position at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth supporting the development of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter where he worked for approximately eight years.  During this time, Tim became interested in real estate investing and began studying the real estate investing business in 2000.

In July 2006 Tim resigned from his position as a Senior Logistics Manager with BAE Systems to devote 100% of his attention to his real estate investment business/company called TMC Property Solutions, based in Weatherford Texas. 

Tim now devotes his time to assisting families with their housing needs on a full-time basis, buying houses fast, and specializing in solving difficult seller situations.  Today, TMC Property Solutions is based in Weatherford and has become the premier homebuyer in the DFW, helping families that need a creative out-of-the-box solution to get their home SOLD FAST!

Tim is always giving back and founded the West DFW REI Group, LLC. in Nov 2009, a real estate investor group as a place to network with like-minded investors, share ideas and learn the business and offers mentoring and business consulting to help new and seasoned investors that are serious about their business, get their first deal done or take their business to the next level.  Tim also served as a Mentor for Ron Legrand’s students in Texas and Canada for more than 4 years and speaks occasionally at local REI Clubs around the DFW Metroplex.

Tim never forgets his military roots and contributes his time to serving his community by volunteering his time to community projects such as Homes for Troops, Veteran’s Day Parade, Tarrant County Veterans Court, and is a member of the Marine Corps Aviation Association (MCAA), Marine Executive Association (MEA), and has served as the Secretary and Vice President of the Marine Corps Mustang Association, Inc.  Tim and Michelle are members of Trinity Bible Church located in Willow Park, Texas.
