I have over 30 years of experience helping clients with their insurance needs. I specialize in assisting Property Investors (both Residential and Commercial) with their specific needs. As an Independent Agent I have access to multiple Insurance Companies and multiple brokers so I can search for the best combination of coverages and premium to best protect your investment property.
For Property Investors I have access to several markets for Builders Risk, General Liability, Vacant Property and Landlord Policies. The most popular product I offer is a landlord policy that allows you to put multiple properties on one policy even if they are owned under different names (Individual, LLC, LP, Etc.). In addition, this policy bills monthly in the rears and you only pay for what you own that month. We can add and remove properties at any time.
In addition, I offer a full line of Commercial Insurance Products. Property, General Liability, Excess Liability, Workers Comp, Professional Liability, Pollution Liability, Bonds, Special Event and other policies.
